Numerous errors are being made when
scores are posted on the tournament posting sheets following SCNGA
tournaments.
1) Many scores are posted without making the required
adjustments. (EQUITABLE STROKE CONTROL)
2) Some scores posted are
higher than what was actually scored.
3) Some net scores are posted
instead of the adjusted gross scores.
4) The use of ink, or ball-point
pens should not be used; especially when numerous errors are made and cannot be
erased.
5) Some scores are posted without an accompanying SCGA Member
Number.
All scores for handicap purposes, tournament, or non-tournament
are subject to the application of Equitable Stroke Control (ESC).
Before
posting a score, you are required to adjust individual hole scores using the
ESC Guidelines below.
